A game with Vulture

I had a F.A.D. game with Vulture last week. He won this one by taking and holding the objective with his light power armored troops, and backing them up with a kick ass anti-infantry walker. Here are some pictures of the game and the 15mm Sci-fi miniatures that I have been working on.

Vulture's anti-infantry walker stands guard as his light power armored troops take the objective . There was an infantry unit in the gap between the woods and the hill...was...until the walker came around the hill...

Some of my infantry from Rebel Minis.

My walker from Critical Mass.

Some of Vulture's infantry advancing through cover.

My walker flanks as part of my force takes a hill.

I have been working on some infantry from Rebel Minis and a walker from Critical Mass Games. The painting is finished on the infantry and nearly finished on the walker. I will post pictures as soon as the basing is done.

Critical Mass vehicle prototype components.

Craig from Critical Mass was kind enough to send me this picture of some of the upcoming ARC Fleet Grav Vehicles.

Working left to right top row we have, ARC Fleet medium vehicle hull (used for APC, Missile Carrier, Medium Tank, Comms Vehicle), Mark II heavy tank turret (already in production), Comms Gear, APC Turret, re-print of Heavy Tank Nacells (again already in production, we did not like the fit of the first print out)

Working left to right bottom row we have, Medium Tank turret, medium tank weapons, APC hull overlay, flight stand, missile carrier overlay, Comms overlay, flgiht stand base.

I have a couple of their ARC Fleet Cannon Support Combat Walkers and a Heavy Grav Tank and I have to say that they are the best vehicles I have found. They paint up well and go together beautifully. I just started to paint one of the walkers for a game this week and it coming along quite nicely. I’ll post some pictures when it is completed.

I would suggest taking a look at Critical Mass Games http://www.criticalmassgames.com/. They produce a top notch product that any war gamer or collector would be proud to display and their customer service is second to none.

Thanks again Craig.
